I have had the pleasure of having many cars and really enjoy automobiles, from high end to just normal.
Over 20 years working with the LA Car group it has been nothing but excellent.
Name a dealer that will talk you out of a car that is just not right for the customer or how about hearing “Think about it overnight” and then come back in and decide if it's the right car for you.
My experience is The LA Car Group purely focused getting you into the car that is right for the you and they DO NOT pressure you into making "the deal" !!
My wife and I have interacted with many of the LA Car Guy’s dealerships, from Toyota to Porsche, Audi and more.
Ever single sale was just a pleasure.
All their sales people understand the pressure sales does NOT WORK. The are very clear on not wasting the customers time and are knowledgeable and helpful.
By the way, I get a new car every year and sometimes two in 1 year. My last car I picked up was a Audi Etron which is so quiet, smooth and solid. I had a Lexus in mind but Chris with his patience had more do more thinking and it turned out the Audi was the right choice.
